Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyberflex website and services. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide consulting, design, and development of native Android and iOS applications and related services.
2. Proposals & Engagements
Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in written proposals or statements of work. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback and access to required information and systems.
- Ensure all provided materials are licensed and lawful.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, and unless otherwise agreed, project deliverables are assigned to the client. We may retain a non‑exclusive right to reference non‑confidential work.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information secret and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.
6. Payment
Invoices are due as stated. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by law.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with notice if uncured within 14 days. Upon termination, amounts due remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Courts of Vilnius shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
